Really love the concept of a concentrate. Less money, less plastic, less heavy shopping bag but still the effective handy Andy we love. I gave this a 4,5 for effectiveness because I think I might have diluted mine abit too much so I have to add abit more almost every time I clean but when I add that extra it does the job. 100% would recommend
