I like the taste and it really does the job which is keeping you energised for long. it has been efficiently priced. The different sizes to accommodate any place you might want to get to by fitting into a bag or purse and if you need more energy the bigger size helps. Everyone that I shared with ended up getting more for themselves at the stores
